Repeat Contract with Space GK

Webbs have secured a repeat contract with SpaceGK for 8 luxury apartments in Leamington Spa.

A new development in the heart of Leamington Spa, comprising of 8 executive apartments set over three floors. The apartments are a combination of one and two bed room apartments.

The team are currently on site and the development is due for completion in the autumn of 2024.
